Welcome Back and Why the Hiatus!

Welcome back to the Jade Research Lab, and we sincerely apologize for our recent absence. To present as much transparency as possible, we wanted to take a step back, reevaluate and improve our current products, services, and tools available to provide a better experience for our clients and their clients while providing research and development. However, we are BACK from our hiatus and can't wait to work with you and achieve the goals you've set.

Who We Are

We are a team of academic professionals focusing on research in different sectors and fields to locate limitations and provide opportunities for implications and future research and areas of opportunity to improve. Our founder and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Candace Murray, Ph.D., focuses on experiences, data collection, and analyses to present the whole story of the topic of interest while having an open conversion on areas of opportunity to achieve high performance, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Not only do we focus on DEI, but we also focus on the development of performance metrics, calibrations, and scorecard development for performance number-focused roles.

What We Aim to Achieve

We aim to provide the highest quality of tools and resources for data collection, analysis, and research in anything performance or DEI-related to assist in providing additional support in leading a department, business, team, and more. Additionally, we aim to assist in improving the employee and customer experiences for you to be the best.

We can provide a "fresh pair of new eyes" on what tools and resources you currently have, guidance on how to improve versus re-develop and implement them while maintaining bias-free language for the various populations you provide services to.
