Message from Our CEO

It has taken some time to gather my thoughts on the current attack on diversity, equity, and inclusion at all levels. I wanted to address any concerns you, as our clients, family, and community, may have.

Since January 20, 2025, the country has been hit with a lot of uncertainty. Not only the country, but many sectors of the government which is now trickling down to hospitals, colleges and universities, and many businesses. Many dominant corporations have scaled back their DEI initiatives, while others have stood firm on not scaling back. We have been seeing the extreme changes taking place with the new administration, leaving many uncertain with their jobs, healthcare, financial assistance, and more.

I, as well as Jade Research Lab, is dedicated to advocate for those who have been historically marginalized, provide the resources that may no longer be available, and provide support during these concerning times.

We hear you. We see you. We feel your fears and concerns. We support and stand with you. We are here for you. We are NOT backing down and will support those who are impacted.
