First and foremost, thank you all for being patient with the research lab as we restructure a few things. Since January, we have focused on developing and improving the best products and services based on your business needs. Secondly, we are working on research that can better serve your organization while providing implications and areas of opportunity (whether to improve or a new area to venture in). We are so excited to see what the future holds for the Jade Research Lab and how we can help with performance, research, and more! We know how important that information is when reviewing progress.
